The venue is easily accessible by underground (Regent’s Park and Great Portland Street are the nearest Tube stations) and within walking distance of Euston National Rail station.

We are using rooms across two floors of the venue. RCP London has step-free access throughout the building. If you have accessibility needs and have not already informed us of these, please speak to a member of the event team on arrival.

If you have any questions about the conference or require assistance on the day, please visit the registration desk on the ground floor, where a member of the event team will be available to help you.

Delegates should register on arrival at the venue. The registration desk is on the ground floor. All delegates will be provided with a name badge and lanyard, which must be visible and worn at all times.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue, in all meeting rooms and in public areas. Connect to RCP WiFi and enter your email address on the login page.

Please follow the venue’s emergency procedures in the event of a fire. Further information will be shared on the day. To ensure safe evacuation from the premises, it is a legal requirement that disabled delegates register with reception on arrival at the venue.

Delegates should use the staffed cloakroom on the lower ground floor. Items of value should not be left unattended. We are unable to accept responsibility for missing items.

A photographer and videographer will be present at the event. If you would like to be edited out of any media, please identify yourself at the registration desk and you will be provided with an orange lanyard.
We ask attendees taking photographs or video at the conference to respect the wishes of delegates wearing an orange lanyard and either refrain from capturing them or remove them via editing from any event media before sharing.
All sessions will be audio recorded.
